CHALLENGE
United Airlines sought a solution to predict which creative themes would resonate with its audience, based on real-time data and social insights. The airline struggled with producing relevant content that was on-trend, relying on past performance and intuition rather than data-driven insights.
SCOPE: Our head team was involved in building predictive analytics models that used social listening and integrated first- and third-party data to identify emerging trends and predict customer preferences.
SOLUTION
Merging several important sources of data was the first major piece of work that was critical to receiving data that leveraged past performance, understood what was resonating, but also layered in current trends.
Producing predictive models, powered through AI & machine learning, we took insights to a new level, where the client was able to identify high-performing creative themes early, which audience segments were responding positively & proactively alerted trends in the market that were worth evaluating. This ultiamtely enabled strategic, proactive campaign planning with actionable insights.
